Once the new semester had started again, Sir Kevin and Lady Ellen were reunited. As they caught up and continued to court, they started talking about marriage. They both knew they loved each other, now it was time for them to discuss marriage and to pray on whether they were making a good choice.

Kevin and his lady both prayed about whether they should marry. Finally, Kevin asked Ellen’s father for his blessing, and it was granted. Dec. 27th, 2007 Kevin proposed to his lady, at the Denver Temple…and she accepted.

They both married April 12th, 2008 and continue to live happily ever after! :)
(Sorry if you're sick of this song! I had to though...it's our song, and I love the words! Which is why we picked it!)
So where does the roaming gnome come into the story? Before Kevin had decided to court lady Ellen, Kevin asked his older brother, Sir Dave, “When do you know you are ready to get married?” His brother replied, “A Roaming Gnome will come visit you!”
May 29th, 2007 (the weekend Ellen left for a holiday break to pray on whether she should go on a mission) was Kevin’s birthday. That day, a friend snuck into his room and left a present from Sir David. It was a Dancing, Singing, Roaming Gnome!
So when we have children…we will tell them that they are the result of a Roaming Gnome.
